Origins of the Electoral College
Thomas Mann discusses the history of the Electoral College. We often wonder why the Popular vote doesn't necessarily determine who wins the White House. Mann sheds light on it's original formation, who benefited from it back then, and how the popular vote operated in relation to the Electoral College.
